- 1 bag (25 oz) frozen beef ravioli
- 1 lb ground Italian sausage or beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara or pasta sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1½ cups cottage cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high.
- Brown the sausage or beef until fully cooked.
- Drain excess fat and stir in marinara sauce.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.
- Spread a layer of meat sauce in the dish.
- Add half the ravioli, half the cheese mixture, then repeat layers.
- Finish with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an extra 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Rest for 5–10 minutes before serving to help it set.
