Ingredients

  • 1 bag (25 oz) frozen beef ravioli
  • 1 lb ground Italian sausage or beef
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara or pasta sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1½ cups cottage cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high.
  2. Brown the sausage or beef until fully cooked.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in marinara sauce.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.
  5. Spread a layer of meat sauce in the dish.
  6. Add half the ravioli, half the cheese mixture, then repeat layers.
  7. Finish with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  8. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake an extra 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  10. Rest for 5–10 minutes before serving to help it set.
