Instructions

  1. Remove outer leaves and trim the stem slightly
  2. Cut cabbage into 8 equal wedges, keeping the core intact
  3. Whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
  4. Stir in olive oil until fully emulsified
  5. Arrange wedges cut-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet
  6. Brush generously with honey mustard mixture
  7. Roast at 425°F for 20–25 minutes, flip and roast another 15–20 minutes until golden brown and tender
  8. Drizzle any remaining glaze
  9. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes for heat or parsley for freshness
